My personal favorite exercise other than walking is … Biking ! I love taking in the fresh air, exploring new places and really living through nature ! No other form of exercise can take you the distance that biking can !
This is such a great way to get in shape or even stay in shape … it's perfect for the entire family or that soloist who just needs some breathing time ! When I take to the road, I have an overwhelming feeling of freedom … the fresh air and change of scenery reminds me of those long Sunday drives with my father, windows down and no place to go … just exploring wherever we shall go !
