Top Three Choices of Vitamins

Now about the vitamins I consume … just a few quick notes to consider. Try to go " gel or liquid " form on all if possible. Even my multi is gel form. It is absorbed quickly into your system and allows immediate benefits to take place. There are a few that are essential to everybody's health and you just can't get enough of these vitamins and minerals in your daily life. These are my top choices for anybody looking to add vitamins to their day :

1. Multi Vitamin

Multi Vitamin Offers a lot of different benefits and gives an overall boost to your health. Your best source for obtaining micronutrients is through whole foods. Various circumstances may prevent you from eating healthy – that's where a multivitamin may fill in the gaps. A multi vitamin is a nutrition supplement that provides a variety of vitamins and/or minerals.

2. Fish Oil

This is sooooo important for cardio health ! Fish oil contains omega-3 fatty acids. Since our bodies cannot produce these fatty acids, and can only get it from our food, these are called essential fatty acids. The three types of omega-3 fatty acids are alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). The major actions of omega-3 oils are to reduce inflammation, which helps combat a number of medical problems. Another important fatty acid is omega-6, but it is common in most of our diets since it is found in meat. People with a good ratio of omega-6 to omega-3 fatty acids are less likely to have a variety of medical problems including heart disease, cancer and arthritis. However, the best ratio varies according to the condition you are worried about. Since most of our diets have low levels of omega-3 fatty acids, taking fish oil is a great way to supplement your diet and achieve better 6 to 3 ratios.

( Vitamin D )

D3

Definitely needed ! Excellent source for bone, Immune, Breast and Colon health. While you can't always catch some rays from the sun, think about vitamin D. Sometimes called the “sunshine vitamin” because it’s produced in your skin in response to sunlight. Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin in a family of compounds that includes vitamins D1, D2, and D3. It can affect as many as 2,000 genes in the body.

If your body doesn’t get enough vitamin D, you’re at risk of developing bone abnormalities such as osteomalacia (soft bones) or osteoporosis (fragile bones).

 

Those are the top 3 if not wanting to take anything else. But .. I take the following because I find that my body can benefit from different sources and I can reach optimum results with the following five excellent vitamin sources!

 

Not all vitamins are for everybody. It is a personal choice and a matter of what our indivdual needs are, one should always consider the benefits of improving their overall health.
