Living in South Florida for many years has taught me a thing or two about the sun … stay out of it as much as possible ! The idea is that 15 minutes a day of soaking up the rays of the sun are good for your health, but honestly there are so many factors in what defines " good sun rays " … if you live in the northern part of the states or even out west, you might not even see the sun on a lot of winter days !  I have been taking Viatmin D3 5000 IU for over 5 years now and can honestly say I feel the difference, since staying out of the sun as much as possible … I rely on this incredible vitamin to keep me healthy !

Beware of “ D-ficiency ”
